Return Policy

At Saint Casimir, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. However, if you receive a damaged package or the wrong size, we are happy to offer a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

• Your package arrives damaged.

• You receive an incorrect size due to our mistake.

How to Request a Return

2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue (damaged package or incorrect size).

3. Once approved, we will provide further instructions on returning the item.

Refund & Exchange Process

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

• Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Exceptions

• We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

• Returns due to incorrect size selection by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
